Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy and Termination

OLEN has the authority to refuse or cancel a service request to any person or business for any reason, like misuse of OLEN’s services. OLEN is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such refusal or cancellation.

A Service Request is mostly refundable before any payment is processed to governmental entities, or third party vendors, less a $25.00 cancellation fee and less any additional expenses incurred to process the service request. Once such payments have been processed in governmental entities or third party vendors, OLEN will not accept any cancellations or changes to a service request. OLEN will honor the cancellation if it meets the requirements stipulated above at OLEN’s sole discretion. All cancellations or changes must be requested by email and will take effect only when the proper reply of acceptance is issued by email from OLEN’s representatives. In case of any illegitimate chargeback request after processing any payment to a governmental agency or third party, OLEN reserves the right to take all actions deemed appropriate. These action include, but are not limited to, dissolving such legal entity, for which the charge back is received by the customer. The customer will be responsible for all the costs involving the dissolution. If OLEN is unable to process the dissolution, the customer agrees to dissolve the entity as soon as possible. Otherwise, the customer must pay 500USD for liquidated damages, plus any other costs involving, but not limited to, collection, legal fees and dissolution government fees. If OLEN has evidence that any legal entity was fraudulently formed and or uses a third party’s name without authorization, it will have the right to dissolve such entity and this entity will be liable to OLEN for liquidated damages in 10,000USD, plus any other costs involving, but not limited to, collection, legal fees and dissolution government fees.

OLEN may terminate these Terms at its sole discretion, with or without notice. OLEN may also block or restrict access of a customer that misuses our services, such as using any feature to generate spam, violate any intellectual property rights or engage in any behavior not permitted by OLEN.
