- If you are using the trademark in connection with the goods or services described, you should simply  state the date when you first used it in commerce. You should also provide the samples of the trademark use.

- If you haven't used the trademark in commerce, we will still file you application, but the final resolution will be pending until you  give us the date you used the trademark in commerce. As soon as you have the date of first use, you should also provide us the examples  of the use of your trademark in commerce. This option requires an additional $350 fee, this fee is for filing the statement of use with the trademark office.
